Turbocharger Repair & Exchange Program
In a new facility equipped with complete Test & Repair Equipments
BDS-Al Salehi has continued to diversify to keep up with the market demand and trends.
Thus, we have recently invested on Turbocharger Repair and Exchange Program - a new
addition to our products and services portfolio.
Turbocharger Servicing
If Turbocharger major components evaluation
result such as Shaft, Rotor, Compressor wheel,
Back Plate and Bearing housing are found good
and can be reused, servicing is considered.
CHRA Replacing
If evaluation of the turbine & exhaust housing
result is good but the Shaft and Rotor, Compressor
wheel, Back plate or Bearing housing are found
worn-out thus cannot be reused, a New or Reman
CHRA will be installed instead.
Reman Turbocharger
If all major components are identified worn-out,
Reman Turbocharger will be offered to replace
the old unit.
Turbocharger Exchange program
to ensure age relevant repairs and to help save resources
