اﺳﺘﺨﺪﻣﺖ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﮭﺞ اﻟﻮﺻﻔﻲ .وﺗﻢ ﺗﻄﺒﯿﻖ اﺳﺘﺒﺎﻧﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ) (2125ﻣﻌﻠ ًﻤﺎ وﻣﻌﻠﻤﺔ؛ ﻟﻘﯿﺎس رﺿﺎھﻢ ﻋﻦ اﻟﺒﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺒﻲ ﻓﻲ
أرﺑﻌﺔ ﻣﺤﺎور ھﻲ :اﻟﻤﺤﺘﻮى اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺒﻲ ،واﻟﻤﺪرب ،واﻹﺟﺮاءات اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺒﯿﺔ ،وﺑﯿﺌﺔ اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺐ.
أظﮭﺮت ﻧﺘﺎﺋﺞ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﻣﺴﺘﻮى رﺿﺎ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﯿﻦ ﻋﻦ اﻟﺒﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺒﻲ اﻟﻤﺆھﻞ ﻟﻠﺮﺧﺼﺔ اﻟﻤﮭﻨﯿﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﻠﻢ ﻓﻲ ﻗﻄﺮ .ﻋﺪم وﺟﻮد
ﻓﺮوق داﻟﺔ إﺣﺼﺎﺋﯿًﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺴﺘﻮى رﺿﺎھﻢ ﺗﻨﺴﺐ ﻟﻤﺘﻐﯿﺮات اﻟﺠﻨﺴﯿﺔ ،واﻟﻮظﯿﻔﺔ ،واﻟﻤﺆھﻞ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﻲ ،واﻟﺘﺨﺼﺺ ،وﺳﻨﻮات اﻟﺨﺒﺮة
ﻟﺪﯾﮭﻢ .أوﺻﺖ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ ﺑﻀﺮورة اﻻﺳﺘﻤﺮار ﻓﻲ ﺗﺪرﯾﺐ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﯿﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻌﺎﯾﯿﺮ اﻟﺮﺧﺼﺔ اﻟﻤﮭﻨﯿﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﻠﻢ ﺑﺪوﻟﺔ ﻗﻄﺮ ،ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ إﻟﻰ
ﺗﻄﻮﯾﺮ ﺑﯿﺌﺔ اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺐ ،واﻻﺳﺘﻔﺎدة ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﻘﻨﯿﺎت اﻟﺤﺪﯾﺜﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺐ.

ﺑﺪوﻟﺔ ﻗﻄﺮ ﻣﻦ وﺟﮭﺔ ﻧﻈﺮھﻦ .واﺳﺘﺨﺪﻣﺖ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ إطﺎر ﻛﻔﺎﯾﺎت اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ اﻟﻤﺪﻣﺞ؛ ﺣﯿﺚ ﺗﻢ ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻤﮫ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل اﻻﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﻋﻠﻰ دراﺳﺔ
.Powell et al, 2014وﺗﻜﻮﻧﺖ اﻻﺳﺘﺒﺎﻧﺔ ﻣﻦ ) (34ﻓﻘﺮة ،ﺣﯿﺚ ﺗﻮزﯾﻌﮭﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ) (267ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ اﻟﻄﻔﻮﻟﺔ اﻟﻤﺒﻜﺮة .وأﺳﻔﺮت
ﻧﺘﺎﺋﺞ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ ﻋﻦ اﻣﺘﻼك ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎت ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ اﻟﻄﻔﻮﻟﺔ ﻟﻜﻔﺎﯾﺎت ﺗﻮظﯿﻒ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ اﻟﻤﺪﻣﺞ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﯿﻊ اﻟﻤﺠﺎﻻت ﺑﻨﺴﺐ ﻋﺎﻟﯿﺔ ﺑﺼﻔﺔ ﻋﺎﻣﺔ،
وﺑﻨﺴﺐ ﻣﺘﻔﺎوﺗﺔ ﺗﺒﻌًﺎ ﻟﻤﺠﺎل اﻟﻜﻔﺎﯾﺔ اﻟﻌﻘﻠﯿﺔ ،واﻟﻜﻔﺎﯾﺔ اﻟﻨﻮﻋﯿﺔ ،واﻟﻤﮭﺎرات اﻟﺘﻜﯿﻔﯿﺔ ،واﻟﻤﮭﺎرات اﻟﺘﻘﻨﯿﺔ .وأوﺻﺖ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ ﺑـﺎﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ:
ﺗﻨﻤﯿﺔ ﻛﻔﺎﯾﺎت ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎت ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ اﻟﻄﻔﻮﻟﺔ اﻟﻤﺒﻜﺮة ﻧﺤﻮ ﺗﻮظﯿﻒ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ اﻟﻤﺪﻣﺞ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻨﺎﺣﯿﺔ اﻟﻨﻈﺮﯾﺔ واﻟﻌﻤﻠﯿﺔ ،وﺗﺪرﯾﺐ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎت ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ
اﻟﻄﻔﻮﻟﺔ اﻟﻤﺒﻜﺮة ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﮭﺎرات اﻟﺘﻘﻨﯿﺔ.

The current study aimed to determine the effectiveness of employing the interactive online platform
Perusall in developing the critical reading skills of seventh grade students in the State of Qatar. To
achieve the goal of the study, the researchers applied a questionnaire to curriculum and teaching
methods experts in order to determine critical reading skills appropriate for seventh graders, and
then apply the critical reading test to measure six skills: interpretation skill, cause-effect skill, the
skill of detecting the author’s bias and prejudice, and reading evaluation skill. The study sample
consisted of (36) students from the seventh grade. They were divided into groups: the experimental
