While the Goodwill brand is well known
around the world, each local Goodwill
organization — including Goodwill Houston
— is locally owned and operated. A priority
for Goodwill Houston is demonstrating
opportunities to connect ourselves with our
Houston community. Since 2015, Goodwill
Houston has built a strong partnership
with the Houston Astros. In 2022, Goodwill
Houston expanded our sports partnerships
to include the minor league Sugar Land
Space Cowboys. This year, we added two
new sports partners, the Houston Rockets
and Houston Dynamo.
Partnering with our local sports teams not
only allows us to reach critical audiences of
shoppers, donors, and supporters — but gives
us an opportunity to support meaningful
organizations in our Houston community.
