Thanks to the support from the European Agricultural Fund through fundings from the Swedish Board
of Agriculture* Agroforestry Sweden produced a
conference in Alnarp, the film series “Swedish Agroforestry - potential and experiences”, a new website
and this brochure in the years 2021-2024. (*For
our project ”Knowledge-strengthening measures to
increase competitiveness in fruit, berry and vegetable
farming”).
Membership of the Agroforestry Sweden association
As a member, you will receive our newsletter on a
regular basis. Through the membership fee, you
support our work to spread knowledge about and
promote agroforestry in Sweden. We strive to be
a platform for actors who want to contribute to the
development and expansion of agroforestry in SweSid 77-78
den. The association currently engages practitioners,
researchers, associations, authorities and educators
in the work of promoting Swedish agroforestry. You

Agroforestry Sweden’s policy work
Agroforestry Sweden has a policy group that has
been working specifically on policy issues since
2020. The group monitors the development of new
policy and writes briefs and consultation responses to
relevant processes. We also participate in workshops
and have over the years also organised workshops
linked to advocacy work. Do you want to contribute
to this important work? Contact the board and we will
tell you more.
International
Agroforestry Sweden is represented in: EURAF, European Agroforestry Federation, which works for better
conditions and increased knowledge of agroforestry
in Europe. Agroforestry Network, a Sweden-based
network for actors focusing on agroforestry in
developing countries.
