Introducing
Dr Colin Taylor
Dr Colin Taylor was attracted to
UniSA in November 2022 by our
mission as Australia’s University of
Enterprise and is inspired by our
open stance towards partnering
with business and community.
Originally trained as a scientist
and following an academic career
in Australia and Japan, Colin
diverged into the management
of a non-profit science education
organisation. He went on to lead
the Advancement function at
Australian National University
before taking up a senior role
in a London-based boutique
consultancy where he advised
clients in the education, not-forprofit, and government sectors
on strategies to grow their impact
through philanthropic engagement.
Advancement, Alumni Relations
and Philanthropy means something
special and unique to UniSA and
to our community of alumni
and supporters. As our Chief
Advancement Officer, Colin leads
Advancement at UniSA and works
with the University’s community
to maximise connection and
engagement, and through that,
support of UniSA’s mission.

Workplace giving
UniSA staff supporting scholarships and research
Workplace giving is an easy way for staff to make an ongoing commitment in a manageable format.
No matter the value of the regular donation, your support is very much appreciated.
“I’m inspired to give by UniSA’s strong social mission: The change that we’re making in South Australia and
beyond is profound. Signing up to UniSA’s Workplace Giving program took less than a minute and it’s made my
regular giving very easy.” Dr Colin Taylor, Chief Advancement Officer
