52% of people felt they had achieved outcomes
related to Belonging, this included feeling part of any
group including the service, wider organisation or
community-based groups.
Active Prospects supports several additional projects
such as the Allotment Project and Pro-Active
Community. The organisation also holds quarterly
Big Feedback sessions, monthly inclusive meetings
and training, and special events such as Reigate
Unplugged or The South Coast Challenge. These
projects and events serve to raise awareness of the
organisation, guide us in governance, but they also
give a vibrant sense of belonging for the individuals
who take part.

People in the complex care cohort are also actively
involved with groups at:
• The Light in Redhill
• Crawley College
• East Surrey College
22% of incidents had antecedents related to the
Belonging Domain. This included social isolation
which was linked to other domains eg emotions
(anxiety) or security (finance).
• Horley Health Hub
Transport was a significant challenge for 2
individuals who can not cope with public transport
but did not have access to other forms of travel. The
other common difficulty was access to groups with
shared interests, with some of the people we support
having interests in niche areas and accessible groups
not existing locally to them.
