A focus on quality
and outcomes
– we have significantly enhanced the quality
of our provision over the last five years as this
is absolutely the foundation to our success
and that of our people. We invest in people’s
development and our values and approaches
continue to drive improvement.
Being resilient
– it is tough working in social care and being
reliant on publicly-funded services and made
even tougher by a Cost-of-Living crisis, but we
do it because we believe in the power of great
care to transform people’s lives and widen
opportunities and caring and supporting
each other as colleagues. We have prioritised
becoming a Real Living Wage employer and
campaigning for fair wages for care staff as
skilled employees.
