Sustainable business practices are built on a foundation of integrity and accountability.
INTEGRITY THROUGH ETHICAL BUSINESS
Our commitment to ethical conduct is embedded in our core values, guiding our actions and
decisions. In 2023, we codi昀椀ed this commitment by expanding upon our business ethics policies
and Employee Handbook. Integrity and accountability e昀昀orts are led by the Chief Human
Resource O昀케cer.
Regular training sessions, accessible resources, and communication channels are utilized to
reinforce the importance of maintaining high ethical standards across all levels of the organization,
including the Board of Directors. One hundred percent of our employees and governance body
members have completed anti-corruption training. Additionally, a whistleblower hotline is
available for employees to anonymously report suspected violations.
Policies related to anti-corruption and integrity are also distributed and committed to by each
of our targeted suppliers through our Supplier Code of Conduct.
Our employees are encouraged to report concerns through con昀椀dential channels, which are
addressed with swift investigations and appropriate actions. If deemed worthy, these concerns
are communicated to the Board of Directors by our Executive Leadership Team. We believe
that a culture of accountability is crucial in preventing and addressing corruption and other
business ethics concerns e昀昀ectively.
ACCOUNTABILITY FOR
BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
In 2023, Accupac cemented its aspiration to
be a world-class development and contract
manufacturer. To support that mission, we
implemented a robust goal-setting system, the
Objective and Key Results (OKR) framework,
to help drive business performance and
measure what matters. The ‘OKR’ system
allows for collaborative annual and quarterly
goal setting that engages all levels of the
organization. Teams are organized around
the ‘OKR’s’ to plan projects, document data,
and drive rapid learning and decisionmaking. The ‘OKR’ system for setting goals
and achieving those goals is the key to optimal
business performance.
