OPERATING ETHICALLY
At Accupac, we are committed to an ethical
workplace where integrity is part of all that
we do. Accupac conducts business ethically,
honestly, and in full compliance with the law.
We believe that how we conduct ourselves
is critical to Accupac’s success. Accupac is
dedicated to fair business practices and does
not restrict competition or increase relative
market position in an abusive or dominant way.
Our Standards of Conduct and associated
policies are foundational to how we do
business and how we put our values into
practice every day.
We updated our Ethics Policy and our Labor
and Human Rights Policy. Our Labor and
Human Rights Policy outlines our position on
adhering to proper labor and human rights
practices throughout the value chain.
We ensure that our employees are of legal
working age and comply with all relevant
employment laws. Violation of our labor and
human rights policies will result in termination
and further measures as necessary.

We encourage employees to use our Open
Door Policy and employee hotline to voice
concerns regarding ethical conduct. All
channels are available anonymously and
without fear of retaliation. Our anonymous
hotline, Lighthouse, allows employees to report
suspicious behaviors or activities. Lighthouse
is operated by an independent third party
and is available 24/7 and supports many
languages. Information about the hotline is
available in the handbook, bulletin boards,
and online. The company will investigate such
reports promptly and thoroughly and take
appropriate corrective action to support the
policies set in place. We track our commitment
to an ethical workplace through percentage
training completion and number of incidents
reported annually to the ethics hotline. This
approach underscores Accupac’s unwavering
commitment to fostering a safe, healthy, and
secure workplace for all.
