PEOPLE
COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY
The diversity of our workforce is one of our
greatest strengths. In 2023, we created a DEI
roadmap with four key pillars—Intentional
Partnerships, Knowledge, Language Inclusion,
and Internal Policies. In 2023, the inclusion
index, as measured through our annual
employee engagement survey, increased to
70%—a 6% increase from the previous year.
To amplify our dedication to DEI, Accupac has
established an Inclusion Council. This council
serves as a dedicated platform to champion DEI
at Accupac, fostering meaningful engagement
and knowledge sharing across our business.
The council is in the process of nominating
new members, ensuring representation from
diverse backgrounds from each level within
the organization.
To formalize e昀昀orts across the organization,
Accupac launched a company-wide DEI
Policy. This policy de昀椀nes the fundamental
responsibility of our leaders and employees
to uphold a culture of belonging and outlines
our commitment to fostering a workplace
culture that thrives on diversity, equity,
inclusion, innovation, collaboration, and
organizational excellence.
Accupac formally committed to the goal of
achieving gender parity at all management
levels and is on track to meet our 2030 target.
Currently, 43% of females are in positions of
supervisor and above, an increase from our
2022 baseline of 39%. Speci昀椀cally, in 2023,
Accupac added two additional female
executives to the Executive Leadership Team.
Accupac is working towards our gender parity
goal by utilizing diverse recruiting methods and
making leadership development programs
accessible to our female employees.
As part of our commitment to foster a positive
workplace experience, in 2023, Accupac
completed a living wage assessment in
partnership with WageIndecator.org. Following
the assessment, Accupac committed to
providing our employees with a living wage
and will continue to measure current standards
with credible methodologies on an annual
basis. Furthermore, we consistently review
remuneration to ensure internal and external
equity and market competitiveness.
