A PURPOSE-DRIVEN CULTURE
Maintaining a purpose-driven and inclusive workforce is imperative for our sustained success.
In 2023, we reinforced our commitment to a meaningful workplace by refreshing our purpose,
values, and behaviors statements. This update aimed to capture our organization’s evolving
spirit and drive, re昀氀ecting our dedication to positively impacting our employees and the broader
community. We wanted these statements to be authentic, so we invited employees from across
the organization to engage in roundtable discussions. These discussions were designed to
explore our collective identity and who we aspire to be as a company. We also gathered input
from our leadership teams and reviewed feedback from our employee engagement survey.

KEEPING A PULSE
Our employee engagement index allows for annual reporting
and updates on employee sentiment. In 2023, Accupac
experienced a 22% increase in the employee engagement index
as reported through our annual engagement survey. Eightyseven percent of employees participated in the engagement
survey, a 31% increase in participation from the previous year.
We also implemented a manager action planning process to
ensure employee feedback from the engagement survey is
focused on improvement at the departmental level.
