RESPIRATORY PROTECTION
Accupac’s respiratory protection program prevents employee exposure to potentially hazardous
concentrations of airborne materials. The EHS coordinator at each site ensures that employees
are 昀椀tted properly for respirators and comply with OSHA standards.

In addition to safety, we value the well-being of every team member. In 2023, 100% of full-time

In 2023, we enhanced our Employee Assistance Program to provide additional support for life
events and expanded our mental health services.
All salaried employees participate in an annual performance program to receive both annual
performance and compensation reviews. Compensation is reviewed annually to external
benchmarks. Our managers receive education on compensation matters annually.

WELL-BEING
Accupac believes 昀椀nancial well-being is a
critical component of overall employee wellbeing. In 2023, Accupac completed a bene昀椀ts
review and identi昀椀ed opportunities to improve
employees’ long-term 昀椀nancial well-being.
We increased the annual 401k company
match and reduced the time for matched
contributions to vest. Ninety-one percent of
active employees participate in Accupac’s
retirement bene昀椀t plan. We review our bene昀椀t
o昀昀erings on an annual basis.
