SAFETY COMMITTEE
Accupac established a Safety Committee at
each manufacturing site that is dedicated
to fostering a secure and healthy work
environment for employees, customers, and
visitors. We encourage open communication
and actively seek input from employees
regarding safety concerns and suggestions
for improvement. This collaborative approach
safeguards that the safety and welfare of
everyone within our organization is addressed
and enhanced.

BEHAVIOR-BASED
SAFETY OBSERVATIONS
Leadership members engage in BehaviorBased Safety (BBS) observations with
dedicated time to observeemployees while
they are working, observe for safe and atrisk behaviors, and provide direct coaching
to those team members. While our safety
inspections process focuses on conditions, the
BBS observation process focuses on behaviors.
These two processes work in tandem to
reduce overall risks and create a safer working
environment.
