GOVERNANCE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM
Accupac’s Board of Directors comprises industry and corporate leaders who oversee company
strategy as well as monitor and assess the company’s performance and progress.
The Board is composed of eight directors of which 昀椀ve are independent. Twenty-昀椀ve percent
of the board is female and twenty-昀椀ve percent is of ethnic minority.
The Accupac Executive Leadership Team reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible
for executing the company strategy. The Executive Leadership Team is also responsible for the
corporate culture at Accupac, including upholding our purpose, values, and behaviors and
leading our diverse workforce. The Executive Leadership Team is comprised of our CEO and
senior executives with expertise in manufacturing operations, innovation, commercial, 昀椀nance,
information technology, human resources, and quality.
GOVERNANCE OF SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability governance is a crucial aspect of Accupac’s business operations, aligning our
purpose, values, and behaviors, and upholding the highest standard of responsibility across
all aspects of the company. The Board has established an ESG Committee whose role is to
advise the Board on key sustainability topics and ESG performance at quarterly meetings and
provide engagement and thought-partnership on Accupac’s ESG strategy and execution. The
committee is led by the ESG Committee Chair and two independent Board Directors and is
supported by Accupac’s Chief Human Resources O昀케cer.
Accupac recognized the importance of forming an organization-wide sustainability strategy
and plan. So, in 2023, we created a dedicated Director of Sustainability role. The Director
of Sustainability reports to the Chief Human Resources O昀케cer and will progressively build
responsibilities in the sustainability arena.
Additionally, the Board has entrusted a cross-functional Sustainability Committee of 12 individuals
with the authority for sustainability governance across the organization. This dynamic committee
is responsible for oversight and strategic management of Accupac’s sustainability program
and ensuring e昀昀ective implementation of our detailed action plans to meet our 2030 targets.
The Sustainability Committee meets quarterly and is in contact monthly with key workstream
leaders.

Finally, along with the Sustainability Committee, an internal task force team meets weekly with
a speci昀椀c focus on greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction initiatives. These meetings are focused on
driving actionable progress towards our GHG reduction targets and consist of representatives
from plant management, facility management, information technology, and other functional
areas.
