ROUNDTABLE ON SUSTAINABLE PALM OIL
Accupac is a member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil
(RSPO)—a multi-stakeholder organization that works to transform
the palm oil market into a responsible and sustainable industry.
Accupac joined the RSPO to learn more about how to have a
positive impact on the palm oil industry and continuously improve
the sustainability of our procured materials. Our RSPO membership
demonstrates our commitment to sustainable and ethical practices
within the palm oil supply chain.
PARADIGM FOR PARITY
In 2023, Accupac joined Paradigm for Parity. The organization
was founded in 2015 by a group of women executives to build
a global coalition of member companies working together to
develop and promote strategies for equalizing corporate leadership
opportunities for women of all races, cultures, and backgrounds.
Paradigm for Parity supports its member companies—nearly 150
strong today—in achieving gender parity, including racial equity, in
their corporate leadership within 15 years of joining the coalition.
As a Paradigm for Parity coalition member, we are committed to these goals in our
workplace culture:
•
Eliminate or minimize unconscious bias in the workplace
•
Signi昀椀cantly increase the number of women in senior operating roles
•
Measure targets and maintain accountability by providing regular progress reports
•
Base career progress on business results and performance, rather than physical
presence in the o昀케ce
•
Provide sponsors, not just mentors, to women who are well-positioned for
long-term success
“Accupac is proud to partner with Paradigm for Parity
because we recognize the importance of representation
in leadership and are committed to championing
a diverse pipeline of leaders at Accupac. Joining
Paradigm for Parity allows us to make our intentions
clear and to leverage best practices in our continued
e昀昀orts of supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace
culture, where all employees have opportunities to
succeed and advance in their careers.”
