Function:
The raw material is fed (from belt - screw elevator, etc.) through the inlet and is
passed down to the spreader plate, which
rotates automatically at the grain inflow.
The fan makes an air flow up through the
Pre-cleaner, which thereby removing the
impurities, such as weed seeds, small cores,
fly oats, etc.. The impurities can then be
blown on to a cyclone or filter.
The sales item can be cleaned from flat
storage with 10-20% cleaned of the total
quantity of items added. The finished item
will increase in Dutch weight, and the
leftover can be cleaned later again. The Precleaner is made of heavy steel plate and all
mechanical parts are easily interchangeable.
The Pre-cleaner may be equipped with
adjustable dampers for regulating the air
flow, depending on the product being
cleaned.
