Multi-cyclone

Multicyclones are intended for the separation of
particles in flue gases from boilers fired with solid fuel or
waste.
Cyclones are maintenance-free. The smaller the
cyclone, the finer the particles it can separate/collect –
unfortunately, energy consumption also gets higher. The
solution is many small cyclone cells of which Multicyclone. High separation and low energy consumption.
The flue gas can be cleaned down to a purity between
30-300 mg/Nm3 depending on the method of firing and
the efficiency of the boiler.
Multicyclones can also be used to separate particles
from process air in other industrial branches.
Openings and discharges are equipped with flanges for
connection directly to flue gas pipes or chimneys.
Multi-cyclones come with support-legs and are
equipped with soot bin for collecting separated particles
but can also be connected to conveyors via rotary
valves.
The multicyclone is equipped with inspection doors.
