FILTER
.
Filter APF & ASF DAK (XL):
The dust/air mixture is fed into the filter hopper. Heavy material stays at the
bottom, air and fine dust are exhausted into the filter bags, where the dust is
extracted, and the air is discharged through the exit in the filter top. The
material is discharged pressure-less out of the filter through a rotor valve or
directly in bins under the filter. The filter bags are continuously cleaned by
starting one regeneration fan in a filter module and flushing the air backwards
through the bags in the module.

The regeneration fans can either be time-controlled or started by the differential pressure
gauge. This results in better cleaning and lower energy consumption for filtering. Optimal
cleaning effect is achieved if the filter can run 1-4 times daily off-line cleaning (final cleaning)
where the filter system is shut down.
