Aagaard Truck Loader - ATL
The unique Aagaard Truck Loader type ATL is designed for rapid filling of truck trailers.
The truck loader consists of our chain conveyor AKR 900 built into a cover suspended in a frame, which is
lifted and lowered by 3 geared motors. Trucks can drive directly in under the frame and park.
Specially developed sensors and rubber plates ensure a tight connection between the trailer and chain
conveyor cover minimizing dust escape. The positioning of the cover is done quickly and safely and ensures a
good seal, even if the trailer is not 100% level.
The chain conveyor cover is designed to
minimize wind and snow loading on it.
Stability is ensured by adjustable slide
blocks, which slide up and down in the
frame’s legs.
The steel frame is optimized for quick
installation.
A service platform and accompanying ladder
means that service can be made easily and
safely. Access to service from above is
possible through Metu access doors.
The chain conveyor ensures even and
quick filling in the whole length of the trailer.
The actual degree of filling depends on the
specific material.
The adjustable electro-mechanical level
switch ensures optimum filling.
