GASTROENTEROLOGY SPECIALIST CARE UPDATE
DECEM BER 2024 EDITION
It’s been a big year
at GSC!
In the last 12 months, GSC has grown!
At the beginning of 2024, we were
supporting 5 Gastroenterologists in 11
locations. We now have 8
Gastroenterologists consulting across
18 locations, with more doctors and
more locations planned for early 2024.
Our service now covers Melbourne’s
Bayside, West, North, East, Outer East,
Gippsland, Bass Coast and Mornington
Peninsula.
We have expanded our mobile services
to include Fibroscan, Anorectal
Manometry, Capsule Endoscopy and
Breath Testing, travelling to 10 locations
across Melbourne.
GSC also has a dedicated Intestinal
Ultrasound Service based at Vermont
South.

All GSC doctors offer telehealth, open access
endoscopy and can facilitate urgent appointments
within 2 weeks. Referrals can be sent via email, fax
or through most practice software systems.
Our Admin team will contact your patient
to organise an appointment at a time
and location that suits them.
