TOUR-BASED PAY
NetJets pilots have a unique, industry-leading contract. The base salary table above
is a minimum guarantee and additional compensation includes the following:

Tour-based pay—$150 for every flight hour above 10 hours per tour, with one-third
of that going straight to your 401(k) in addition to the company match
–
Hourly overtime, holiday pay rates, extended day pay, night flying, and sales demos
median pay for pilots finishing their first year is between $125,000–$150,000.
This pay structure rewards performance and is the most competitive in the industry
