Our new approach to an annual convention provides gatherings to problem
solve side-by-side with architects...immersing your sales team in ongoing
facilitated workshop discussions, breakout sessions, tours,
group dining, social gatherings, and multiple celebrations.

The 2022 ArchEx event in Richmond was an occasion to remember.
The newly designed format where architects and vendors intermingle,
created a laid back, comfortable atmosphere for both. This in turn
created very unique opportunities to meet new friends.

Schedule of Events:
ArchEx is no longer a
traditional ‘stand-at-a-table’event,
it’s a REAL opportunity to engage!
Day 1 - Volunteer, Engage/Problem-Solve, Networking
• Morning Service Project: Work side-by-side architects while volunteering.
• Afternoon Workshops: Engage and problem-solve as a group, relatioship building at it’s best!
• Annual Meeting and Dinners – Networking Time
Day 2 - Networking, Education/Problem-Solve, Party and Dine
• Morning Coffee / Speed Networking
• Concurrent, Learning Zones: Opportunities to showcase your thought leadership and products in
educational programming, including panel and roundtable discussions, workshops, and activities.
• Welcome Reception – Party and Network
• Casual Dinner Meet-Ups – Yep…MORE Networking and
relationship building time!
Day 3 - Network, Engage & EXHIBIT
• Morning Coffee / Speed Networking
(Expo Setup)
• Exhibit Hall / Lunch then Expo Teardown
• Education and Panel Discussions
