In Spain, breakfast (el desayuno) is the smallest meal of the day and usually light including coffee and
breakfast biscuits or toast.
Tapas which are considered light canapés are eaten between breakfast and lunch. Lunch (la comida)
is the biggest meal of the day with 2 or 3 courses of salad/vegetables/soup followed by meat/fish.
