sophisticated, but it is damn good fun.
SOURBERRY BURST
Ketel One vodka with Sour Berry flavoured vodka,
blackberries, passion fruit purée, Coco Reàl, pineapple
juice and passion fruit to garnish. A blast of berry that
will bowl you over.
STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI
Bacardi Carta Blanca rum, strawberry purée, lime juice
and cranberry juice. Our take on this Cuban classic is
cool as ice.
CLASSIC MOJITO
Bacardi Carta Blanca rum with fresh mint leaves, sugar,
lime juice and soda. It was Ernest Hemingway's
favourite drink for a reason.
COSMOPOLITAN MARTINI
SKYY Citrus vodka with Cointreau, cranberry juice and
a squeeze of lime, garnished with an orange flame. Like
a recipe for the perfect party.
RUM BONGO
Bacardi Carta Blanca rum with Teichenné Coconut
schnapps, grenadine, passion fruit and pineapple juice.
About as laid back as it gets.
