As the threshold 昀椀nancial targets were not met, the Committee determined that no bonus was payable to
Ian El-Mokadem and Candida Davies in respect of the year ending 30 September 2023. As such, despite progress being
made against a number of the targets, no formal assessment of the personal objectives (25% of bonus) was carried out.
