Jen Stutzman started as an apprentice more than 15
years ago. Through her exceptional skills and
trailblazing personality, she recently became Gaylor
Electric’s first-ever woman general superintendent.
As a jobsite leader, Jen promotes a collaborative
environment by cultivating relationships among the
craft crews, managers, supervisors, colleagues and
clients. Jen’s career in construction has not only led to
her personal success but has also propelled her into a
pivotal role in diversifying the field, opening doors to
successful careers for countless other women.
