Nick Cosky
Nick’s love for strength training
started while playing high
school football. He continued
weight lifting after that his own
100-pound weight loss journey
in college. After spending
six years as a fitness
photographer, Nick became
certified as a personal
trainer in 2022.
Alex Glover
Alex Glover is a personal trainer
who is passionate about making
fitness both fun and effective.
As a professional West Coast
swing dancer, Alex has a deep
appreciation for technique.
Alex's preferred training method
combines isolation movements
with strength and balance
training, offering a
comprehensive approach
to physical wellness.
Luca Smith
Luca is a Certified Personal Trainer
who earned his NASM certification
in May 2024. He has been weightlifting
since 2018, discovering a love for the
gym after playing football in high
school. He graduated from Lasell
College in 2022 with a Sport
Management degree and a minor in
coaching. Luca is eager to work with
any type of client to help them
achieve their personal fitness goals
and to help them get stronger!
Jessie Amodeo
Meet Jessie, an NASM-certified
personal trainer and PN1-certified
nutrition coach. She is also a certified
Senior Fitness Specialist and loves
working with people over the age
of 65. She will also be working as a
Nutrition Coach at the JCC in the near
future and will be taking on new
clients who have nutrition related
goals or want some guidance with
their diet.
