Arrival Form – Before Departure Date
Important to Know:
o The Arrival Form will be utilized by the YL camp staff to ensure
that all camp trip information has been completed.
o Regular use and finalizing all information before arriving at camp
is the best practice for an efficient check-in process upon arrival.
o In scenarios where this is not possible, finalizing the check-in
process can be done at camp.
o .Once you use the Arrival Complete button, it locks your Arrival
Form and only the camp office will be able to unlock it for any
necessary edits.
o Any changes in WCX will take a minimum of 30-60 minutes to sync
to the Arrival Form.
