Arrival Form - Important Fields (continued)
Important to Know:
o Housing is used to manually assign cabins to both
Campers & Leaders.
o Checked In will be used to confirm all Registrants who
will actually be attending camp.
o Leader Orientation is used to indicate if Leaders have
completed the Summer Camp Leader Orientation.
o # of Times at Summer Camp is used to record the
number of times the Registrant has attended the same
type of summer camp. Leave blank for first-timers.
Note: Changes made in WCX will sync and appear on
the (Camp Home) Arrival Form in 30-60 minutes.
However, changes made on the Arrival Form WILL NOT
sync back to WCX! You must go into WCX and manually
make those changes/edits.
