Refund policies:
Refunds after 31st March 2025 are issued at the Tournament Manager’s
discretion, ideally before the draw for the event is published. The 2025
CWF Gold Management Team reserves the right to charge an
administration fee of 25% of the entry fee.
Photographs
The Tournament Manager may grant permission for still or moving
photographs to be taken during 2025 CWF Gold. Should any player not
wish to have their photo taken, they should advise the Tournament
Manager in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the event.
Government Restrictions
In the event of government restrictions Bridge NSW reserves the right to
cancel the tournament and accepts no responsibility for any expenses
incurred by participants in the event of such a cancellation.
Pens
Pens will be issued at the start of the Pairs and start of the Teams and
belong to the players who are responsible for carrying their own pens
from table to table.
Score Booklets
Scoring booklets are provided at the start of each event. Should you
require another one, please ask a caddy, and if available, another will be
supplied.
Scoring Issues
Any problems and concerns you have about scoring and results should
be addressed with the Director.
