VENDOR EXHIBIT AREA
The Vendor Exhibit Area at the Summit, will be located in the Deschutes Foyer. This space
serves as a hub for networking, collaboration, and showcasing innovative products and
services. With room to accommodate up to 30 booths, this area promises to be bustling with
activity and opportunity.
Booth Details: Each booth includes:
1 six-foot table
White tablecloth
Chair
Waist basket
Summit Sponsors and MOU Partners: As a gesture of appreciation for their support, Summit
sponsors and MOU partners have been offered a booth to showcase their offerings and engage
with attendees.
Small Business Area: Recognizing the importance of small businesses in our community, we
have designated a special area for our Small Business members. Here, they can set up displays,
interact with potential clients, and shine a spotlight on their unique offerings. Booth space will
be offered to our Small Business Members for free with the purchase of Summit Registration. In
