Innovative solutions are required to address the reentry problem. We believe things can be
different!
There is great potential in the men and women we serve through the programs of Brothers in Blue
Reentry and LEAD. Given the resources, mentors, and education they need, these men and women
can not only survive but thrive outside the prison walls.
We use an evidence-based program of transformative, intensive work and study within a
supportive community that has reduced the new-crime recidivism rate of our graduates to just 2%.
Between March of 2015 and the present day, 849 incarcerated people have volunteered for our
program with a nearly 50% graduation rate. 412 of those members have graduated from Phase One
of the program and 292 have completed the program and reentered society.
Just over 300 men and women are currently in our programs and working their way to their own
successful reentry.
