RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MANUFACTURER
The manufacturer can only accept responsibility
for the performance of the device when it
is used in compliance with the following
directions:
» The device must be used in accordance with these
Instructions for Use.
» Modifications or repairs must ONLY be undertaken by
iM3 or an authorised iM3 service partner.
» The device has no components that can be repaired
by the user.
» The electrical installation at the premises must comply
with the regulations laid out in IEC 60364-7-710
(Installation of electrical equipment in rooms used for
approved purposes) or with the regulations applicable
in your country.
» Improper use, unauthorised assembly, modification
or repair to the device, non-compliance with our
instructions or the use of accessories and spare parts
which are not approved by iM3, invalidates all claims
under warranty and any other claims.
» The appliance is designed to be used by a qualified
Veterinary professional ONLY. The appliance is not
intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
» Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do NOT play with the appliance.
» FOR VETERINARY DENTAL USE ONLY.
» Unauthorised opening of the device invalidates all
claims under warranty and any other claims.
EXPLANATION OF WARRANTY TERMS
» This iM3 device has been manufactured with great
care by a qualified team member. A wide variety of
tests and controls ensures faultless operation. Please
note claims under warranty can only be validated
when all the directions in the instructions for use have
been followed.
» As the manufacturer, iM3 is liable for material or
manufacturing defects within the 24 months from the
date of purchase. Accessories and consumables
(tips, tip changer, nozzle cleaner, pump cartridge,
coolant hose, coolant filter, straw, O Rings) are excluded
from the warranty.
» We accept no responsibility for damage caused by
incorrect handling or by repairs carried out by third party
not authorised to do so by iM3.
» Claims under warranty accompanied by proof of
purchase, must be sent to the vendor or to an authorised
iM3 service partner.
» The provision of service under warranty extends neither
the warranty period nor any guarantee period, repair
and returns.
» In the event of operating malfunctions immediately
contact an authorised iM3 service partner.
» Repairs and maintenance work must only be undertaken
by an authorised iM3 service partner.
