Creating A Camp Trip
Important to Know:
o . You will need to contact an Area or Regional staff person
to create your Camp trip in this order:
1.
The staff person will utilize the Create New Camp Trip
feature on the YL Connect Camp Home page. Please
have the staff person use the Locally-Created: Staff Learning
Guide for this process.
2.
Once the staff person has completed the Create New
Camp Trip process in Camp Home, wait for 30-45
minutes, then verify the Registration Page for your
trip has appeared on Webconnex (WCX) in RegFox.
Do not use the Create from Template feature
in Webconnex!
If you accidentally built a Registration Page in
Webconnex first and need to make it appear in
Camp Home to create the appropriate data sync,
please contact Camping Support at
camping@sc.younglife.org!
