Viewing & Updating Registrant Health Form Status
(Camp Home)

Your CHECKLIST:
Click on the Camp Trip you wish to work on in Camp Trips
Click on Arrival Form tab
Scroll down to Registrants on the Arrival Form to see their
current HC Form status
Registrants that used the Registrant ID & Access Code at
healthform.younglife.org will automatically have their status
updated
All other Registrants will need to have their status manually
updated by following the next few steps:
Click Edit button to right of Registrant to open editing window
Click HC Form Status dropdown to check appropriate choice
Click Save (and Repeat as necessary)
