Know Before You Go
Plan your visit to the Kravis Center
We look forward to welcoming you to the Kravis Center!
Because of enhanced security technology, we encourage
you to arrive early and travel light—avoid bringing packages,
backpacks and luggage to the theater. All persons and bags are
subject to search before entering the building and weapons of
any kind are prohibited. We ask that if you see something that
looks suspicious, you report it to our security staff immediately
by calling 561.651.4238.
How to order tickets
Tickets for our exciting 2024-2025 season go on sale to the
public on Saturday, October 5 at 10am.

Premium seating available
Premium Seating is available for select performances
in Dreyfoos Hall and includes a complimentary glass of
champagne beginning 60 minutes prior to curtain (underage
patrons will be offered a complimentary non-alcoholic
beverage).

Choose your seats online at kravis.org, the Center’s official
website. Also, you can access kravis.org when you’re on the go
from your phone, tablet or other mobile device.

Parking
The Kravis Center garage, located just adjacent to the
Center, offers complimentary parking to guests and
provides the following:
Our security staff works with officers from the West Palm
Beach Police Department to ensure that traffic moves in a
quick, orderly and safe manner.
Please follow the directions of the officers and the Kravis Center
staff who are there to facilitate traffic flow in and out of the
Center. We discourage backing into parking spaces which
disrupts other vehicles and slows the movement of traffic in
and out of the garage.
Additional parking is available in other parking garages in close
proximity to the Center, including CityPlace, as well as metered
parking on Sapodilla Avenue and on Alexander W. Dreyfoos
Way to the north.
Ticketing policies
All sales are final. There are no refunds unless a show is
canceled. If you are unable to use tickets for Kravis Center
presentations, you may donate them to the Kravis Center’s
annual fund as a tax-deductible contribution, provided they
are returned to the Box Office at least 48 hours in advance of
the performance. Exclusions apply. Kravis On Broadway and
Renter presentations cannot be returned as tax-deductible
contributions. Special offers cannot be combined with other
discounts or previous purchases. Certain restrictions apply.
Program changes
All programs, artists, dates, pricing, seating and details are
subject to change.
Admission
Dreyfoos Hall Lobby doors open 90 minutes prior to the
announced performance time. Rinker Playhouse and Persson
Hall Theater doors open approximately 60 minutes prior to
curtain. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the
management.
Smoke-free environment
• 1,100 spaces on five levels
In compliance with the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act, Section
386.201 of Florida Statutes, smoking inside the Kravis Center is
prohibited. Smoking, vaping or the use of electronic cigarettes
is only permitted outside of the building in various public areas.
• Three entrance and exit ramps: Okeechobee Blvd., Tamarind
Ave. and Alexander W. Dreyfoos Way
Dining
• Eight charging stations for electric cars on level 2 (ChargePoint
App required)
• Parking counters to provide space availability

In addition to neighborhood venues, for light fare, visit Robbi’s
Bistro Teatro located on the Orchestra and Mezzanine levels 90
minutes prior to performances in Dreyfoos Hall. Robbi’s Bistro
Teatro is open only when there is a performance in
Dreyfoos Hall.
