he inaugural panel discussion, titled ‘STRATEGIES
FOR RESILIENT E-COMMERCE SUPPLY CHAINS’,
presented innovative approaches to constructing robust
supply chains essential for maintaining pro昀椀tability
and navigating supply and demand 昀氀uctuations. The discussion
emphasised the use of data analytics and forecasting tools to
accurately predict demand, facilitating e昀케cient resource allocation
and alignment of inventory levels and operational capacities
with changing consumer demands. Panellists highlighted the
importance of operational 昀氀exibility in swiftly scaling operations
up or down in response to market dynamics, leveraging scalable
technologies, adaptable logistics networks, and agile production
processes. Furthermore, the session addressed proactive measures
to identify and mitigate risks associated with global supply chain

pandemics. Strategies which were spotlighted during the discourse

supply chain network. The panel particularly emphasised the

structural resilience. To enhance resilience, consider implementing various options, including structural
reforms, to strengthen their operational foundations. By establishing a resilient and robust framework in
supply chain and logistics management, businesses can e昀昀ectively prepare their e-commerce operations for
future uncertainties. This proactive approach not only shapes the trajectory of success but also provides a
