Important to Know:
Information entered in WCX typically takes 30-60 mins to update to
other connected systems.
Online payments utilizing the registration page or payment link will
be automatically applied to each Registrant’s Outstanding
Balance.
Offline payments (Cash/Check) & any local credits, such as
(fundraising/scholarships/donations) will need to be manually
entered by the Area into WCX to be applied to each Registrant’s
Outstanding Balance.
