is huge, and there are people who have great
potential, but it’s just the exposure they didn’t
get, and also the resources. And it’s not only a
lack of resources physically, but then a lack of
mental resources as well, and a lack of positive
role models in the communities that actually
show the people that it’s actually possible.
So with me, I try as much as I can
to be that and to show them
that it’s possible to give
people an equal fighting
chance at succeeding,
because that’s what
we ultimately want
to do – create a level
playing field.”
