Important to Know for all scenarios:
o Initiating an online payment refund will credit the amount paid
back to the Payer’s original credit card.
o Initiating an offline payment refund requires two steps:
1. Refunding the Linked Transaction in WCX
2. Submitting this Cognito form to Financial Services, who will mail a
refund check to the Payer
Do not use any Coupon options – despite it saying “Recommended”
