Cultivating an
inclusive legal
profession
Our efforts focus on widening access to the profession by
recruiting talented candidates from a range of backgrounds.
We then develop and retain these underrepresented lawyers
and business services professionals, supporting them as they
progress in their careers. It is vital to cultivate an inclusive
culture where people want to grow with us and contribute to
building a more inclusive legal profession as a whole.
