Walker Engineering Corporate Headquarters is a mixed-use facility which included a new o昀케ce building with 20,000 square feet
of o昀케ce space and buildout with 10,000 square feet of high bay storage and warehousing space. The building structure consisted
of concrete 琀椀lt wall and steel support framing. This project was developed on a 昀椀ve-acre site, and all public right of way u琀椀lity
improvements were included in the scope of work.
