HOW LONG DOES
DELiVERY TAKE, AND DO

REGiONALLY?
Once your order has been processed and
dispatched, we have an estimated nextday delivery for all our orders. Whether
you're sending a gift to a metro address
or a regional one, we deliver Australiawide with our third-party courier service.
If you send gifts to more remote areas, it
may take additional time to deliver.
ARE THERE ANY
DiSCOUNTS FOR BULK
ORDERS?
While we do offer discounts on bulk
orders, options will be assessed on a
case-by-case basis. Please get in touch
with our team if you would like to find

CAN I SEND iTEMS TO BE
iNCLUDED iN THE
HAMPER?
Whether you choose one of our
existing hampers or create your own,
you can send us items to include with
your gifts. From drink bottles to
playing cards, there are numerous
corporate branded items you can
include with your hampers. Please
ensure that your additional items
reach us before your delivery date,
and we will be happy to include them.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place an order, you will be
automatically sent a tracking number via
email. You will also be notified of certain
delivery milestones. Our Couriers are
either Startrack or Australia Post.
