Chancery house refurbishment
One of the major aspects of our work on the
Chancery House refurbishment was the design,
manufacture, and installation of internal doors,
which were designed to complement the original
character of the building while including modern
ûnishes.
The doors in the washroom were a particular
highlight, featuring a tiled ûnish that mirrored the
surrounding space. The selected tiles not only
provide a visually striking aesthetic but also tie in
with the design of other areas of the building,
creating a seamless üow into the washrooms, which
is an often-forgotten aspect of interior ût-outs.
The door architraves were another focal point, where
we introduced custom-fabricated stainless-steel
ûnishes that enhance style to the over ûve hundred
internal doors in this 9-üoor building. These bespoke
stainless-steel surrounds for the timber frames echo
the ûnishes used on the staircase, which ties in to the
history of the building.
The combination of carefully selected materials,
detailed design, precision metalwork, and bespoke
joinery highlights the expertise and craftsmanship
