The projects at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital Expansion Project includes a 5-story tilt-wall Medical Office
Building the is approximately 135,000 sq. ft., a new 5 story, 850 space Cast in place Parking Garage with Central Plant
capacity Expansion and Relocation. A new Patient Care Tower including the build out of 64 beds, new OR’s and support
spaces. A vertical and horizontal expansion of the existing West Tower to include additional OR support, Pre/Post Operative
beds, plus additional ED Capacity and expansion of Imaging department. Relocate and expand SPD/CPD functions inside the
West Tower as well as expand Materials Management and Food Services. The East Tower Vertical Expansion which includes
the relocation of existing Laboratory and Respiratory Therapy, expansion of Pharmacy, BioMed and EVS and the renovation
of the Endoscopy Suite.
