This is very poor scholarship at the least.

When one tells you it can “hardly be doubted” and then they doubt their own reference as having a “discrepancy”
and then they say “probably,” let’s not pretend they have a definitive answer especially when Qafar is Sephar in
any sense in Hebrew.
