STATEMENT BY MANAGEMENT
Statement by management
Board of Management:
We have today presented the annual report for
Industriens Pensionsforsikring A/S for the
financial year 1 January to 31 December 2023.
The annual report is presented in accordance
with the Financial Business Act and other
relevant legislation.
In our opinion, the annual financial statements
give a fair presentation of the company's assets
and liabilities, and financial position as well as its
results.
In our opinion, the management's review
provides a true review of the development of the
activities and financial situation of the company
as well as a description of the most significant
risks and uncertainty factors that may influence
the company.
Furthermore, in our opinion the consolidated
ESG metrics included have been prepared in
accordance with the accounting policies
described.
