The 2022 infrastructure replacement projects at CHI Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center range across the entire hospital
and include 12 projects in a fully operable hospital; Nurse Call Upgrade project at CHI Baylor St. Luke’s campus consisted
of removing and replacing approximately 1400 devices and all associated cable on a total of six floors within a three
and a half month period. We coordinated with at least nine departments and five contractors during the project. In the
Kitchen we upgraded and replaced Gas Hoses, Heated Cabinets, Mixers, Rotational Combi, Ice Makers, Refrigerators and
additional various cooking equipment. Additionally, the Replacement of Air Handling Units and new Condensate included
four new units and includes repair, replacement, or modification of any and all building components and finishes required
to execute the transport and replacement of HVAC equipment.
