The Aimee Quitevis Memorial Fund has raised over $141,000 to
help survivors of gender-based violence since it was established
at the Foundation in 1998. Funds are raised in memory of Aimee,
who lost her life to domestic violence, through donations and
volleyball tournaments. This year’s tournament raised $6,387.
2. Inked Heart Initiative, a collective of women tattooers, raised
funds for the Foundation through sales of items including prints,
mugs, pins, shirts, and patches online and at tattoo conventions
across Canada.
3. The Collective Women’s Empowerment Summit addressed
critical challenges facing women and girls, while benefiting the
