Add Payment (Offline) & Apply Credit (WCX)
Important to Know:
o This is the one and only place to record Offline Payments &
Credits that will reduce the Outstanding Balance for each
Registrant!
o .Please note: There is no view or report in WCX or Camp
Home that shows summarized details of payments/credits for
each individual Registrant. You may decide to use a separate
spreadsheet to create custom reports for this information.
o Use Add Payment for all Offline Payments
Do not use the following choices:
o .Charge
o .Charge A Different Card
Only use Record an Offline Payment
o Use Apply Credit to record any local Area fundraisers,
scholarships, and donations for each Registrant.
